Window cleaning & round software for the UK
Plan the day, tick jobs off as you go, and know exactly who owes you what.
Nothing that belongs in an office.
Your week one day at a time. Miss someone and they carry over rather than vanishing. One press works out the driving order and keeps each street together.
The invoice goes the moment the job's done. Cash, bank transfer, card or Direct Debit — and DD customers charge themselves automatically.
Debt split by how old it is, the way your accountant asks for it. Chase by text or email, or write off what you'll never see.
Mark a job done and it disappears from their list within seconds. Give someone just their own rounds, and wages work themselves out.
Backed up automatically, exportable whenever you want, and readable even if you stop paying. No hostages.
Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app. Tick jobs off with no signal and it catches up when you're back in range.
A website in your colours, with your logo, your photo and your words — on your own domain, like www.yourbusiness.co.uk. New customers ask for a quote there and it lands in your app, with an email to say so.
Your customers sign in to see when you're next due, what they owe, and pay it — by card, or with your bank details and the right reference. They can ask for an extra visit too; you approve it first.
Upload the statement from your bank and payments are matched to the customer and the invoices they cover — even a catch-up for four months at once — and credited to whoever did the work. You check each one before it's saved.
If you visit the same customers on a cycle, this is the shape of your week.
Four-weekly cycles, doorstep invoices, and knowing who still owes from last time.
Fortnightly through summer, monthly through winter. Change the frequency and the whole round follows.
Weekly and fortnightly keys jobs, with notes about alarms, pets and where to park.
Mostly annual, so the hard part is remembering who is due. That is a list, not a diary.
Bigger jobs, longer gaps, prices that vary per property.
Regulars on a cycle plus one-off bookings, in the same day's list.
Tied to collection day, so the round is the street and the timing matters.
Contracts on a schedule, with a record of every visit to a property.
The same houses, most days, with different people doing different streets.
Dates driven by bookings rather than a cycle, but the same list and the same invoicing.
Annual, seasonal, and entirely about who is due before the cold comes.
Repeat customers on long cycles, worth chasing back rather than waiting for.
Not on the list? If your work is "these customers, this often, in this order", it will fit.
Squeegee, Cleaner Planner, a spreadsheet, or a book you've kept for years. Export it, upload it, and your prices, frequencies, rounds and outstanding balances all come across.
No setup fee, no contract, cancel whenever you like.
A walk through the planner, invoicing, and moving your customers over.
A monthly fee plus a small amount per worker, with the first worker included. You can see exactly what you are paying, and what for, on your account page.
You keep full access to view everything. Changes are paused until it is sorted, but you are never locked out of your own customer list over a payment problem.
Yes, at any time. Settings → Subscription and your data → Export everything gives you a zip of spreadsheets: customers, visits, invoices, payments, expenses and quotes. If you cancel, your account stays open until the end of what you have paid for, nothing more is taken, and we keep your data for 90 days after that.
Export your customers and jobs from Squeegee, then use Import on the Customers tab. It reads both files, shows you exactly what it found, and nothing is saved until you confirm. If anything looks wrong in the preview, stop and tell us — it is easier to fix before the import than after.
No. Squeegee and CleanerPlanner exports both import directly, including prices, frequencies, rounds and outstanding balances.
Cash, BACS, cheque, card or Direct Debit — you record which. Connect GoCardless in settings and customers marked as Direct Debit are charged automatically when you complete their clean.
Yes. Write off any unpaid invoice with a reason. It leaves the Owing list but stays in your records and appears in reports, because bad debt is a real cost and your accountant will want to see it.
Two common reasons: their next date in the export was different from what your old system showed on screen, or the visit is outstanding from an earlier date. Outstanding work appears at the top of the planner marked with the date it was due.
Yes. The planner updates itself every few seconds, so when one of you marks a job done it disappears from the other person’s list. Whoever completed it is recorded against the job.
Connect an email sender in settings — we recommend Resend, which is free for the sort of volume a round produces. Once it is connected, invoices, reminders and payment chasing go out under your own business name from your own address.
Yes. Every business gets a website in its own colours, with your logo, a photo and a few lines about you, and you can put it on your own domain. New customers ask for a quote there, it lands in Quotes, and you get an email. It only makes the promises you tick — nothing like "fully insured" appears unless you say so.
Yes. They make an account on your website with the email you have for them, and see when you are next due, what they owe and their invoices. They can pay by card if you have connected Stripe, or by bank transfer with the reference to use. They can ask for an extra visit too, which comes to you to approve first.
Yes, at no extra cost. Enter your domain in Settings → Your website and it shows you the one DNS record to add where you bought the domain. Roundbook checks for it every few minutes and switches your website over by itself, with a secure certificate, once the record is in place. Until then your website carries on at its Roundbook address.
Yes, and your customer accounts separately. Settings → Your website has a switch for each. Turn the website off and visitors see a plain page with your business name (and a button for customers to sign in, if accounts are on); search engines are told to drop it, and quote requests stop. Turn customer accounts off and customers cannot sign in, see what they owe or pay online, and the sign-in buttons disappear from your website. Everything is kept, and turning either back on brings it straight back.
